High Performance Speed isn’t about speeding, getting tickets, or any of those things, although I’ll probably write about them from time to time. It’s about getting the most bang for your buck, from your vehicle. I don’t know about you, but I’m kinda tired of throw away vehicles. I want one that has staying power, outlives the payment, and runs as good after it’s ten years old as it did when it was new. YES, my friend, I believe this can happen.
Everyone comments that cars aren’t made like they used to be, but… I want to share something with you. In my grandfathers day, when cars were built to last, Granddad did a lot of upkeep and maintenance on his vehicle to make sure it would last. He changed the oil regularly, made sure he put the best gasoline in it, and he serviced his vehicle frequently. The car may have been built to last, but ole Granddaddy made sure he kept it in peak performance with high-quality maintenance.
Perhaps you need to maintain your vehicle for longevity. Treat your vehicle as if you expect it to be around in thirty years, and it just may fulfill your expectations.
